Hi! My name is Sophia, and I’m a 22 year old recent UConn grad who is looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in East Rock! I like to keep my apartment organized and clean, and I’m looking for a roommate who likes a good balance of social/quiet time. The rent is $1250pp plus gas, electric, and wifi (other utilities are included). It’s a super cute, spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that’s super close to east rock park, and there is free on-street parking and laundry in the building. The common areas are furnished, but have room for additional furniture if you want!
