I have a room in west Phoenix (75th Ave & McDowell zip 85035) with a good sized closet and shared bathroom available for rent. Please know how to communicate with others respectfully. Room is available in August, utilities are covered and comes with laundry privileges. Security deposit ($500) and first month's rent ($850 unfurnished/$900 furnished) required upon move-in. I have 2 small dogs and cats, so animal lovers preferred. Not considering taking on anymore animals so please inquire only if you are pet free. Please reach out if interested.
