32 y/o Bi Male iso room or basement

[REDACTED] a relatively full life. I do have a tiny 4 pound pup who goes to work with me everyday and to doggie daycare when I am going to be away from home for more than a couple of of our somewhere dogs are strictly not allowed(she sneaks in most of those places in her bag with me too lol) ideally I would like a basement set up with a private bathroom and a bedroom big enough to double as my living room or a dedicated extra room in the basement I can use as my living room(I’m a TV junkie) I don’t mind becoming friends but I’m not super conversational when at home if that will bother you we are not compatible. Nothing is typically “wrong” but I save being “on” for work and public activity lol it takes A LOT of energy to remain aware of my resting bitch face and I don’t believe anyone should have todo that at home. I promise there is never anything wrong, I’m honest to a fault, I promise I will tell you in the nicest way possible if there is something bothering me and appreciate the same from you. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. Des Moines preferably. Gender age and sexuality are non factors for me. I will have a house keeper come in and deep clean my space(and kitchen) every two weeks. I don’t get drunk but maybe 3 times a year but do have a glass of wine or a beer a few nights a month at home. I do smoke some wacky tobaccy every evening but am fine following any rules you have about it(smoking inside vs outside ect) I have lived in states where it’s legal my whole adult life it’s not as big of a deal as Iowans seem to make it 🙃 I mind my own business and keep my opinions about other peoples lives to myself unless asked and expect the same, we’re both adults as long as the walls are not shaking, it’s mostly clean, and there aren’t hard drugs being used I’m pretty chill. 1000 is for everything I listed above.
