We are two friends (one male, one female, both working professionals over 35) looking for a third roommate to share our spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom four-story townhome (over 2,500 sq. ft.). We also have one very friendly feline co-living with us. Rent will include:

- Walk-in Closet
- Space outside of room for other furniture
- One parking space
- In unit washer and dryer
- All utilities (electricity, water and internet)
- Shared kitchen, living room and 4th floor patio
- Close to major grocery stores, restaurants and nightclubs
- Will require HOA verification
- Already home to a pet cat, so preferably no additional pets Complex is mostly owner occupied, so looking for someone clean, peaceful and responsible. Please message if interested.
