Small/Medium 11x12 sized Room for Rent in Buckeye at the Bungalows at Sundance. Looking for someone (Male or Female, ages 19-25) to pay $750 a month. -Two story, 3 bed 3 Bath home
-Shared downstairs living space & kitchen with my Husband and I
-Washer and Dryer in unit
-Amenities like Pool & Gym available for use
-Couples welcome
-You would have your own bathroom
-Pet and Smoker friendly (we have 1 cat)
-Furnished room (can change to your liking)
My husband and I mostly keep to ourselves and are just looking for someone we will get along with that will be responsible and respectful and will take care of their space. We enjoy video games, binging tv, arts and crafts, nature, thrifting, etc.
