Penthouse apartment with two rooftop porches overlooking Lake Merritt! Two bathrooms to be shared amongst 2 people each. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher/microwave/fridge/stove). Your room will include a closet and 3 windows for ample natural light. Onsite shared laundry. Your room is not furnished yet, the rest of the apartment is (couch, dining table, chairs, tv, shelving, kitchenware). No smoking inside of unit. Rent controlled! We do not currently have any pets. We all in our mid 20s; one wlw couple that will be sharing the primary bedroom and one male roommate in other room. We are looking for another housemate to fill the last room our 3bdrm 2bath apartment on Lake Merritt. We are all employed full-time, clean, and liberal; looking for someone friendly that shares these standards. Please reach out, we would love to meet you for coffee or call or whatever is easiest.
