Hi everyone! I’m an incoming freshman at Boise State University and I’m looking for another girl to take over the second lease in my apartment. (starting august 14th 2026 and ending in end july of 2027) 2 bed/2 bath, Corner apartment at La Pointe, Boise. Has a kitchen, balcony, living room, and separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and walk in closets! Has community and unit amenities including a rooftop courtyard, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and 24-hour gym. The apartment is within walking distance of campus, comes pre-furnished, and has in-unit laundry. There is also an optional parking spot available for an additional $200/month which can be taken off the lease. A little about me.. I’m really easygoing and love cozy nights in and fun nights out. I’m looking for a roommate who’s respectful, clean, and friendly.
