The home is equipped with camera systems that monitor the front door, driveway, and backyard. The total monthly rate for the space will be $800/mo. Utilities are included. 2.5GB Internet is included. The bedroom and bathroom, driveway parking, and access to metro district gyms/pools/recreation centers are included. There will be a credit/background check run on any interested applicants. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected with the first month’s rent. Proof of income will also be required.
