Looking for a responsible roommate. Must keep the room and bathroom clean on a monthly basis. Will need to contribute to $50 a month towards the cleaning lady if they don’t want to take on the responsibility to keep their room and bathroom cleaned. WiFfi available. Secured neighborhood. Access to kitchen and back patio and washer and dryer.
