Private bathroom with shower/tub combo. $950/mo, all utilities included ✔ Shared kitchen, laundry and living room ✔ Private pool available during appropriate seasons ✔ Opportunity for reduced rent in exchange for occasional house/pet sitting ✔ Security deposit and first month’s rent due at move-in A little about us: husband and wife in our early 30s who both work full-time. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and taking advantage of everything the area has to offer. Our home is located in Dundee, within walking distance of Highway 99W and many local wineries. It’s also conveniently located about 10 minutes from George Fox University and approximately 25 minutes from Linfield University. We’re looking for ONE person only who is clean, respectful, honest, friendly, and loves animals. We have 3 dogs, so no additional pets. Please note that no additional storage space is available except driveway parking for one vehicle.
