Kitchen very open space that literally splits house in half. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1/3 utilities with a slight increase every odd month due to water. Street or driveway parking one driveway spot is reserved for back room other driveway spot is first come first serve. Deposit is negotiable please ask:) Unfortunately occupants are allergic but maybe open to a small dog. Both occupants are very respectful of space and keep to themselves.
