I'm looking for a female roommate to stay in my extra bedroom down stairs. I recently moved into a beautiful quiet town home across from The University of Irvine. I travel often so I'm usually only home during week days if I'm not out of town for the week. It's me and my two hairless cats Tank and TT. I'm looking for a long term quiet and clean roommate to share my space with me. If you would like to come by for a house tour I'm happy to set that up. I’m asking 1900 a month with all utilities included.
