Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I’m a 34-year-old professional female currently looking for a room or studio for rent. I’m open to either a small or large room and am looking to move around 06/26/2026. My budget is approximately $1,200/month. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with.
