Room at Adelade in South Knoxville

Looking for someone to sublease my spare bedroom for 1-3 months. You can move in as soon as you’d like. I’ll be here, but I am looking for someone to split rent on a short-term basis. Perfect for someone in town for a month or two or transitioning to another living situation. Don’t worry about the bed & love seat in the photos, those will be gone before you move in. You’re welcome to use the TV if you like. I’ve been very busy since I moved in, so the decore is sparse. It’s in a very quiet spot in S Knox very close to all the restaurants & shops on Sevier Ave. such as Sevier Ave Burger Company, Alliance Brewery, South Coast Pizza, Angry Dumplings Tea, etc. Amenities at the Adelade community include pool, fitness room, game room, dog park, innovation room, free Wi-Fi, free water. I’m usually gone for the majority of the day during the week. I’m looking for a non-drinker. I don’t have any pets, but I’m open to it if you have one. If you’re interested, reach out and we’ll talk!
