Upstairs, private master bedroom and bathroom in a townhouse. Two other people already live here but there are no shared rooms or bathrooms or pets allowed, no smoking allowed. Must pass a BG check. Only one parking spot available. Room is furnished with a couch and a bed. Rent includes Internet, use of fridge, microwave, and stove. Central cooling but room has no ceiling fan. TONS of closet space and two sinks. There is a cat in the house already. Pool nearby. Close to Target, Walmarts, Publix, and Dunkin Donuts. Yum! There is one older male who lives upstairs and a female who lives downstairs. The house has three bedrooms.
