Hello!! I have a private pleace with a private entrance to rent out in my house. It comes with two rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom with a laundry unit, and a small dinning/living area. It is nice and clean, and it is located in a quiet and safe area. It is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and CSN (Charleston Campus). Also, it is not too far from the strip (15mins), downtown Fremont (15mins), downtown Summerlin (15mins), and Chinatown (15mins). Monthly rent is $1100.00 including some utilities, trash, and wi-fi. Security deposit is required. I will run background check ($55.00), and I will need a proof of income (paystubs). I am trying to run a good house. In general, I give you as much freedom as you like, as long as it does not affect the others in the house. Just be respectful and friendly to the other people in the house, so they will do the same for you. Also, Be clean!! If you are looking for a good home to live in, drop me a message or text.
