Hi, my name is Everett. I am a 42 year old man who is moving to Austin this summer. I am looking to rent a room for a few months until I can find the right apartment for myself. I have a small dog. Her name is Hollywood. She is a chiweenie. She is quiet, well-behaved, and housebroken. I am completely sober. I am quiet and pretty much keep to myself. I can provide first and last month's rent as well as a reasonable pet deposit. I live clean and am more than willing to do my share of the household chores; dishes, yard work etc. Let me know if you think I would be a good fit.
