It has great space in the kitchen with additional storage throughout it. The apartment contains washer and dryer, central air and heating. The apartment in located in a quiet culdesac in the Rosebank neighborhood of East - a neighborhood that even the most vetted Nashvillians are surprised by. About the room - it is 11x9 by 11x9. Certainly the bigger room of the two. It serves as my living room at the moment. Beautiful natural light. About the studio - I am a professional music producer who utilizes this space on my off days. It’s truly a beautiful space in which I have built all of the panels. It is a very dialed in listening and work room in where you can host clients and such. I am willing to share this space with someone if they see a major use.
