Looking for a roommate next month

Hey I am looking for someone to fill a room next month. Rent is pretty affordable at 1000 plus utilities. The room comes with a parking spot for ease of access, in unit laundry, a shared garage for extra storage. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We live in a nice HOA with amenities like a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and a tennis court. We are 8 mins away from the beach and less than 1 mile away from the I-5 for commuting ease. The complex is pet friendly and so are we(the landlord asks for a deposit and extra rent for animals).We are only looking for one roommate at the moment so please let me know if you’re interested in looking at the apartment. We’re probably gonna be able to show the room after Memorial Day since our current roommate is moving out to have a kid and start a family. The room should be vacant before the end of the month if you prefer to move in some stuff before June as well.
