It's available now for the summer, and a second room will be available between July 1st and August 1st for the fall. The house is located in Washington Park. Midtown, GA Tech, and GA State are 10 min away, and the Glenwood Kroger is only a 10-min drive as well (the best in the city). 15-min walk to MB Stadium and 6-min to Ashby Station (super convenient for the World Cup!). The other tenants in this house are all young professional males in their 20s. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, full-size closet, dresser, nightstands, lamps, desk, chair, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, shoe rack, power strips, and a Roku TV.
