Hello, good evening, I am looking for a Roomate.
Agreement: 6 month lease( renewals will be determined after 6 month term. You will have to sign a lease agreement. Security deposit:600$
Whenever you arrive will be the date you start your lease agreement. For my Roomate i am looking for a tenant with no kids, does not smoke, clean and respectful of the tranquility of my home together. Ages: around 21 and up
Location: McDonough ga near three dollar cafe and the Walmart on 135 Willow Ln.
Rent: 1300 $ a month, utilities included in price already.
Personal guests:
If they want to stop by they are more than welcome to, but no staying overnight ( one overnight visit a week)
