Looking for 1 person to rent a 10x10ft room in my house. Common areas shared with me and 1 other tenant.
This room shares a bathroom with just the 1 other tenant, and another half-bath is available near living room. Quiet neighborhood. Extra storage space in garage and small shed, but this room is street parking only. Shared garbage responsibilities, but includes a professional cleaning of common areas 1-2 times a month. Ample street parking for self and guests. 15 minute walk to restaurants and Safeway. Air conditioned house. Fiber internet with wired port in bedroom and wireless. Room does not come furnished. No smoking. No cats. Other caged/aquarium pets on case-by-case basis. 2 dogs currently in the house, but not looking to add more. I'm usually just in my room working or playing video games, with occasional friends over for tabletop games and stuff but no wild parties. Other guy is more outdoorsy. Rent: $950/month – Utilities included: electricity, water, sewer, garbage, internet, HOA(community pool and park access). No cable, but smart TV in living room.
Application: $25 background check fee
Move-in: requires 1st month rent + $950 security deposit ($1900 total)
Rental agreement is month to month.
