Room for rent in a spacious two bedroom upper level condo. The condo is located in the peaceful and quiet area of Portola Hills. View of the Saddleback mountains from the bedroom. The room is located on the opposite side of the condo from the master bedroom, along with exclusive use of the second bathroom directly across from bedroom. The closet isn't very large, but suitable for most. Full kitchen, living room & laundry access. No Pets. No Smoking on property. No overnight guests. Occasional visitors is fine, though. The condo community has two heated saltwater pools and two heated saltwater jacuzzies. Parking on is available at no additional cost, but requires the car to be registered at the address. Plenty of nearby street parking as well. All utilities included in rent - High speed Wi-fi. Security deposit defined in "Move-in Fee" below. Month to month rental agreement. Available end of May.
