Package delivery is to front office so no need to worry if someone is going to steal your packages. We are willing to work a deal and cover a years worth of parking for you if you assume the lease. These apartments are fully furnished. You supply the linens, your own personal touch decorations, and your kitchen supplies, everything else is there for you.
