Roommate needed

I’m looking for a roommate to share my 3 bed / 2.5 bath house, located about 10 minutes from downtown in late June. One private bedroom and bathroom is available. The third room is currently being used as storage and a get ready room - this would ideally continued to be used as another shared space. Rent: $1,300 + utilities I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, easy‑going, and respectful, and who enjoys a comfortable, positive home environment. Friendly and social is great, but definitely no pressure, just looking for someone who’s a good fit to share the space. A little about me: I have a dog (about a year old)
