I’m offering a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bed / 3 bath all girls unit at The Scarlet in Lubbock. The apartment is on the second floor and comes fully furnished. Rent is $585/month, and with fees + utilities it comes out to about $665/month total. The room includes a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and nightstand. There are currently 2 roommates, one plans to move out this summer and has a small dog and cat, and the other’s planning to leave in the summer. Great location near Texas Tech, about a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride to campus. Lease runs August 2026 to July 2027, and I will cover the relet fee.
You can move in early starting May 20th, and the rest of May will be free. I’m also open to subleasing if you don’t want the full year lease and we can work something out. Message me if you’re interested or have any questions!
