The room shares a bathroom with one other person and the home has a large backyard. The house features granite countertops in the kitchen, updated flooring throughout, and is located near light rail, trails, and parks. Rent is $850 per month and includes internet, water, and electricity. The room can be furnished if needed. I might be open to a small dog or cat if it stayed in your room. Rent would be $900 with an animal This room is intended for one adult occupant only. No additional occupants or overnight guests. There is currently one girl and 3 guys that live in the house. No pets live here We keep a quiet, professional household. Everyone works full time and enjoys a low-key living environment. Hobbies vary and include hiking, camping, gaming, and watching movies.
