Security deposits equal the rent for each room. Move-in is available after the deposit and first month’s rent. Lease term is one year. Private bathroom. You would be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities. This single-story home in Mountlake Terrace has been recently remodeled. It features an open-concept kitchen, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and recessed ceiling lights. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and a spacious family room. There are two roommates currently living in the house who share one of the bathrooms. Additionally, there is one indoor cat residing on the property.Bedroom has two closets. The room is unfurnished. Three renters will live in the house.
