Looking for room in Lodi.

Hey there 👋🏾 I'm Jalen, a local resident of Stockton. I'm currently on the search for a room to rent in Lodi, CA, closer to work. (I'm not the biggest fan of commuting from out of town 😅). I currently am employed with an oil/car maintenance place in Lodi, and have intentions to remain there for the foreseeable future. I am a pretty calm person in terms of personality + living habits. I prefer clean surroundings, so no need to worry about a messy room. I usually go down at a reasonable time each night and am up around 6 each morning (quietly, of course.) I have no pets at the moment, with no plans to change that just yet. As far as smoking goes, I only utilize a vape pen, which I tend to go outdoors to use. Not much of a party person, would much rather kick back on the weekends and enjoy my own free time with a good book/workout/show, etc. Currently willing to do up to 1k per month on my share of rent, but willing to discuss further.
