Hey y’all! I’m a Virginia transplant who’s been in Austin for 10 years and I’m looking for a roommate to rent a room in my 4BR house in SE Austin (off William Cannon near McKinney Falls Pkwy).
About the room:
• 10.5 x 10.5 unfurnished bedroom (furnished option available)
• Shared guest bathroom
• $800/month ALL bills paid + $800 deposit
• 6-month lease minimum

• Fiber + YouTube TV

About the house:
• LGBTQ+ friendly
• No dogs or smoking
• 20 mins to downtown / 12 mins to airport
• Cap Metro stop about a mile away
• Must pass background + credit check (550 minimum)
About me:
I’m 38, into breweries, travel, sports (mostly NFL), and spending time outdoors. I’m pretty introverted but social in the right setting. I also have two cats. Looking for a clean, respectful roommate who’s considerate of shared spaces.
