We’re Carly (32) and Jamie (30)🏳️🌈looking for a great fit to rent our large spare bedroom in our home in the historic McLoughlin neighborhood. 🏡 The Home: 3 bed / 2 bath bungalow with a rear addition Large private bedroom on the main floor Shared bathroom, though you’ll have the shower to yourself for everyday use (only shared occasionally with rare guests) Quiet, established neighborhood near the community pool 📍 Location Perks: Walking distance to food carts Close to bus stops (easy commuting) Near the hospital (great for healthcare workers) 🐾 About the Household:We have two friendly dogs and two cats, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets. Because of this, we’re not able to accommodate additional pets. 🙋♂️ About You:We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who enjoys a calm, comfortable home environment and is comfortable living with pets.
