Here’s the deets: * $1250 all inclusive (high speed internet, electricity, W/D, water, sewage, off street parking) *on the 21 and C bus line *20 minute drive to downtown *20 minute walk to Lincoln Park *15 minute walk to Wedgewood Village *Free use of common areas, outdoor space, and fully stocked kitchen * $500 deposit *gorgeous natural light all around * minimum 3 month lease About us: My name is Ari (38F) and I love traveling, cooking (often badly), fitness, food, and hanging outside the house. I work for an airline so I’m frequently away from home meaning you’ll have a BUNCH of alone time. I do work from home sometimes when I am home but am sequestered in my room when I do. lol We like to keep the shared areas clean and just try to clean up after ourselves to keep it that way.
