Hi! I am seeking a female roommate. I live in a 3br/1.5ba in Oakley with a washer and dryer in the basement. Price is $700/month + shared utilities. I could furnish with a minimal rent increase! The house doesnt have wifi, but does have a hardwire ethernet connection. The shower has a filter and i have a berkey for drinking water. I deeply [REDACTED] sanctuary. I value quiet, sacred, healthy living, conscious soul-to-soul conversation, delicious vegetarian food, and nature. I dont drink or do drugs, and havent for some time. For the past 7 years or so, I have been studying with my teacher - an indigenous Andean Master from Colombia, South America and spend most of my time focused on integrating teachings, or attending workshops in Colombia. I have a full time virtual job, and work from home.
