I'm looking to rent my place when I'm away during the summer. 2-4 months (mid June to September) I'm flexible with dates. It's bright fully furnished 2/2 apartment with big balcony. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and move-in ready. One bedroom is my office and might be used for storage, so the unit is best suited for one person or a couple.
All utilities are included: electricity, internet, Wi-Fi, and cable. The apartment also comes with assigned covered parking for your convenience.
Everything is walking distance, beach just 3 miles over the bridge.Location North Miami. Looking for a responsible tenant who will treat the space with care.
