• 🏡 Rent is $1,250+utilities (~$175-225) for 1.5 rooms and your own large bathroom (we will share access to the spare room)
• 1+ year lease minimum • Women only (professional, kind, Christian, non-partier, must love dogs) • No additional house pets (I already have a 6yr old small dog mixed breed named Milli who is hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed and not a big barker. She’s super chill) • Non-toxic home (I’m into functional health so all cleaning products, laundry detergent/dryer products and scents in home (other than the occasional personal perfume) are non-toxic. This is a must for the home. 🫶🏼 • House is tucked away in a small and safe lake town near Grapevine lake with walking access directly to the trail. Deer frequent our backyard regularly & our neighbors are awesome!🦌 • 6 min drive to downtown Main Street, 10 min drive to Southlake shopping areas • No one night stands or frequent unknown visitors. Safety and peace is top priority in the home.
