Looking for a sublease for 26-27 school year!!! Hi! My name is Emily and I am trying to sublease my 1 bed 1 bad apartment for next school year! It is at The Decker around $1400. Nothing wrong with it, I just will be transferring. The decker is: - pet friendly - fully furnished - parking pass can be purchased - super nice apartment - access to amentities at all of the element communities including: the Braxton gym and pool (1 block away), the 4 jacuzzis and pool at the Cleo, and more at the other element communities.
