Room for rent - Phoenix (32nd & Shea Blvd). Available May 1. I have a private room available in a 4-bedroom mid-century modern [REDACTED] families. The house is beautiful with a bit of character; good light, open space, ranch style, and I have a big pool! The room is freshly painted (as pictured), and I am getting the carpets professional cleaned. Details: • $950/month (Wi-Fi + pool service included) • Utilities split between roommates • Shared common spaces • Shared bathroom (with a skylight) — my current roommate is moving out in April, and I plan to the other room as well, so the bathroom would be shared between two. It’s big and has duel sinks and two medicine cabinets • No additional pets (I have one dog, he’s super sweet, so must be dog-friendly) • Move in date: May 1 About me: I’m pretty active! I’m in into rock climbing, camping, and mountain biking. I like to go out of town on the weekends, and am usually out doing something or working from home during the week. I keep the house clean and relaxed, not super uptight, just be respectful of the space. Looking for: Someone easygoing, clean, and communicative.
