Searching for Apt Starting July

My partner and I are #ISO a 1-2br apartment for rent starting anytime in JULY (1st-31st). Our preferred neighborhoods are on the east side of Manhattan anywhere between Gramercy and Carnegie Hill, and our budget is $3,500/month. Please reach out if you have any leads! Outdoor space is a major plus— it’s my DREAM to be able to work from home in the “fresh” NYC air while connected to my apartment’s wifi. A little about us:
- We are quiet tenants who prefer playing board games rather than going out to bars
- We’ve been NYC residents for almost 5 years, each of us living in one apartment for the entire duration so far in Kips Bay and Turtle Bay respectively
- Our favorite season is quickly approaching, with warm weather and the Queens Night Market
