Rent is $1025 + utilities (typically share of amenities, electricity and internet) Next to Tumbleweed Park, 3 min drive to Walmart and Patel Brothers, close to Costco, Target, etc. It is close to Intel, Microchip, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, ARM.
