Prefer no pets and no smoking. 3 bedrooms available and 2 private or shared bathrooms available. Undecided if all rooms will be rented out. Targeting $800 month rent and 2 months' security deposit for regular sized rooms; $1000 for large room w/ 2 months’ deposit. Utilities split. Month to month lease. Looking for responsible renters that will respect my home. I am a professional / clean 36 yr old white male
