All utilities included: electricity, water, gas, trash, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-home laundry, driveway parking, small amount of storage in the garage. The room is located on opposite side of house for privacy. We are a married couple in our late 20s who both work full-time outside the home. We maintain a clean, quiet and respectful environment. Shared living and kitchen areas. We have two friendly cats (no additional pets). We are seeking a responsible roommate with stable income, and good credit.
