Hi! I’m Angelique I am a 31-year old professional. looking for a room to rent in Dallas, preferably in a safe area close to downtown (Uptown, Oak Lawn, Main Street District, or nearby areas). My budget is $500–$800/month, and I’m looking to move in around May 1st. A little about me: I’m [REDACTED] so I do value a quieter home, but I’m also friendly and enjoy a social, positive environment. I’m not into drama and really appreciate a peaceful, respectful space. I don’t have any pets right now, but I would like to get a cat in the future once I’m settled. I’m okay with guests and 420-friendly homes, but I prefer no cigarette smoking. Ideally, I’m looking for a place with access to a kitchen, laundry, and Wi-Fi, and roommates who are respectful and communicative.
