Details: • Utilities included • 3-month minimum stay, then month-to-month • Street parking right in front of the house • Shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living spaces • Free use of garage gym (just clean equipment after use) • Quiet hours: 11pm–6am House stuff: • Guests are fine with a heads up • No overnight guests unless approved • No pets • No smoking inside
