The lowest I am willing to let room go each month is $1,000. Weekly price: $250. Room comes with private bathroom. Shared spaces will include living room and kitchen. Looking for a clean female with preferably one child. Looking to catch up on things and be in a safe space. Does not come with nonsense, trouble, drugs, excessive company, uncleanliness. Looking for someone reliable that I could potentially make a full time situation. To hold room: $350. Balance goes towards move in. Move in fees: $1200 if no fee has been paid to hold space.
