Looking for a 3/2+ in town for 10/1

Hello my husband and I are looking for a 3/2 or more in town (preferably west of 75 and south of Fruitville) for an annual lease. We’ll do longer if possible. We’re not ready to buy but we’re definitely ready to get out of an apartment. Our move in date would be October 1, 2026. We do have a cat and a dog so a yard would be nice, fenced in would be a bonus. Thanks! I’m a planner so being able to reserve something soon would be a huge relief.
