Looking for sublease

Available for the month of 20th April to 30th June, longer if you want to take over the lease.· The address is 1010 E Mabel street, Tucson.· Furnished and new carpet installed recently.· Water, internet and trash are included.· 2 beds are available, so 2 people will use separately. Have 2 bedrooms, for one. Rent is $1100/- for one bedroom. 2 people can share it.· Apartment is near East Grant and in University campus area, Honors Village.· Walking distance to supermarket and stores.· Private entrance.· The apartment complex is pet friendly.· Laundry available in building.· Good for students or small family.· I have been here from the last 5 yrs, moving due to job relocation.· We will move on 20th April but our lease doesn’t expire until end of 30th June.So we need to sublet it. There are two ways to handle the sublet, both of which are okay with the management: 1) you could fill out an application and actually take over the lease. This would be best if you felt you wanted to continue past end of June. 2) you could sublet from us. no application required other than the security deposit.
