Hi, my name is Emma. I am a 25-year old professional looking for a roommate. Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1 bed 1 bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and looking for someone to sign long term (my lease goes to February with the option to renew). The apartment is located closer to the Lakemont part of Bellevue/Issaquah border. The neighborhood is in a safe location in Bellevue and about 12 minutes from downtown Bellevue and 3 minutes from Safeway, Starbucks and more with an easy commute. There is a bus stop just down the hill that takes you to the Bellevue transit where you can have easy access to the Bellevue light link! The apartment is in a master bedroom that has plenty of room to put the bed. It also includes: - Standing shower - Washer & dryer in unit - High speed wifi -your own private bathroom The living room is furnished but the bedroom will not be but there again is plenty of room for a queen bed. Move in details: starting March 28th and no later than the 30th of April
Rent: actual rent on your end is 1744 and you would pay about 30-60 dollars of utilities since the utilities is split between you and the roommate. The living room is furnished but the bedroom will not be furnished. You would be living with one other female roommate (24F). She usually keeps to herself when she’s at home, usually watching tv shows, reading, gaming and knitting. She does also like going out on the weekends whether that’s through casual adventures, either trying a new trail or going to new restaurants. She does have an ESA cat that’s very chill. So she does ask for no more pets in the apartment. If you move in this month, you do not have to pay rent, I already covered that!!!! An April move in could work too. And we may be able to make a May move in work as well! Please dm me if you or someone you know needs a place and is interested in taking over my lease! Thank you!
