The space includes two accompanying flatmates, one in I.T. and Interior Design, the other in B2B Accounts and Retail Sales. They're neat, structured, clean, mind their own business, and almost always too tired from work. This living space is gamer friendly, music friendly, smoker friendly–you may smoke outside–and even baker & chef friendly. The Deposits process is flexible. Upon moving in, the roomie pays the difference of $600 to affirm their stay.
