Hi everyone, my name is Alaisa but you can call me Ally. looking to rent out a room (preferably with a private bathroom but not a deal breaker). If we could establish a flat fee that would be ideal (taking into consideration things such as the gas bill, electricity, wifi, laundry... etc) I'm hoping to move out by the end of APRIL 2026.
