We are looking for a clean and respectful female roommate to rent one spacious upstairs bedroom in a house located near Chinatown. You would share a bathroom with one female roommate. There will be 3 people total living in the home (including you) — two female professionals who work Monday through Friday in the office. The home is usually quiet during the week, and we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Details:
• Spacious upstairs bedroom
• Shared bathroom with one female roommate
• Household essentials like paper towels and toilet paper are split between the three of us when needed (usually monthly)
• Must be pet friendly House Preferences:
• Clean, respectful, and responsible
• Stable job
• No live-in or overnight boyfriends (occasional visits may be okay but must be approved by the landlord)
